ooVoo Seminars

Still need help? Academic Computing is now hosting hands-on training seminars that will show you how to navigate and use the ooVoo application. For more information about seminar dates, times and locations visit http://www.gvsu.edu/seminar/ to get all of the details.

One Hour Sessions

If you're unable to attend one of our ooVoo seminars, then one hour ooVoo training sessions are also available for Faculty, Staff and Departmental groups who would like one-on-one assistance in getting familiar with the ooVoo application.

Reservations must be scheduled 1 week in advance during normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Any reservations with less than 1 week notice cannot be guaranteed.

To place your reservation, click the ooVoo Training Session link below, log-in to the reservation page, complete the on-line request form and submit it for final processing. Please provide three preferred dates/times to complete the training. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request. However, due to scheduling conflicts, an alternate date/time may need to be scheduled. The Digital Studio will then contact you once the form has been received and a technician is scheduled.

For assistance in completing the on-line reservation form or to setup a practice ooVoo test call with one of our student technicians, contact the Digital Studio at studiod@gvsu.edu or call 616-331-8527.
