myGVSU Climate Survey 2015

Your voice is important to our community

From November 12-22, 2015, all students, faculty, and staff were encouraged to participate in the myGVSU Climate Survey 2015 online and confidentially tell us what the climate is like to learn, live, and work at Grand Valley State University. The experiences and perceptions of all of our students, faculty, or staff members matter to us at GVSU.

This was the 5th climate study conducted at Grand Valley and helped to support our values of inclusiveness and community, and commitment to creating a welcoming environment where all members of our community can safely and proudly be their authentic selves. This effort supported the university’s Strategic Plan 2016-2021 outcome to be “diverse and inclusive.” The survey results will be used to assist all areas of Grand Valley in focusing their efforts to make the university more welcoming and inclusive. The data collected allows us to better understand your experiences so we can continually create a better GVSU. With this knowledge, we can continue to reinforce what is working and address what is not.

This page contains all of the relevant documents, information, reports, and videos from the 2015 myGVSU Climate Survey project which began in August 2015 and continues today.
