Fitness, Skill, & Activity Courses Offered

We have some of the most popular classes at the university!  The Fitness, Skill, and Activity (FIT) courses are open to every Grand Valley student.  A FIT class is an opportunity for you to be physically active, get a workout, learn new skills, and refine existing skills.  Want to try something new?  Taking a FIT class is a great way to start!  No experience is necessary in most of of our classes (FIT 123: Golf Shaping Shots and FIT 180:  Adventures in Scuba Diving are the exceptions).
