In our FIT Courses a wide variety of dance classes are offered as a way to maintain and/or increase fitness through the enjoyment of dance. Some classes focus specifically on a genre of dance and building knowledge and skill in that style with a secondary benefit of fitness. Some classes, such as Zumba, focus primarily on fitness.
