ÿÿ  Cheboygan Area School Seeking Two Spanish Teachers

Cheboygan (MI) Area Schools is looking for two Spanish teachers:  one to teach at the high school and one to teach at middle school.

Manpower is searching for great Customer Service / Call Center candidates with experience in an Outbound Call environment. Candidates must have an excellent command of English. As well, applicants should be assertive with an outgoing personality, results-oriented and available for various shifts. The position provides 6 weeks of paid training. Paid training requires a commitment to a 3:30pm to midnight shift.

GoodTemps, a company owned by Goodwill Industries, is hiring for a Bilingual Computer Class / Job Skills Instructor. The individual will be serving at a job assistance center located in Muskegon.

-Duties may include, but are not limited to:

-Developing and instructing computer classes in both English and Spanish

-Assisting with résumé writing and job searching

-Proctoring WorkKeys skills assessments

-Maintaining a positive lab environment

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required and will be examined during the interview. Computer subjects will include Excel, Word, Internet, PowerPoint, and potentially, Access, Outlook, and other programs. The individual must possess the ability to patiently engage adult learners who may feel afraid to type or use a mouse, while also challenging and building the skills of those with intermediate software skills.

Note: The position starts out as temporary due to a pending grant, though it is expected to be approved by June.
