Region 3 provides services to Alcona, Alpena, Cheboygan, Crawford, Iosco, Montmorency, Ogemaw, Oscoda, Otsego, Presque Isle, and Roscommon counties.
The Region 3 Michigan Small Business & Technology Development Center is located at Alpena Community College in the Newport Center.
