Our Mentorship Program

The Seidman College of Business Professional Mentorship Program partners local professionals one-to-one with students for career preparation.

Our mentors are local professionals who have done exceptional work within their industry for several years. Our professionals come from a wide variety of industries and companies within the business sector such as but not limited to manufacturing, supply chain, human resources, banking, finance, and international business. Through a careful selection process, we match our mentors with business students who are either majoring in their chosen profession or looking to grow the skills to be success in the position the mentor has.

Our students are current business students who are majoring in Management or Finance and are classified as sophomores to graduating seniors. In order to participate in the program, the student must have a 2.75 GPA (Management) or 3.0 (Finance) and be able to commit to the requirements of the program.
