Grand Valley State University provides several meeting rooms, as well as limited-service apartment style lodging at Winter Hall on the Downtown Grand Rapids Campus.

Winter Hall Meeting Rooms

Winter Hall houses four functional meeting rooms for groups of up to 15 people. Catering services are available, as well as limited audio visual. Complimentary TV, VCR, screens and whiteboards are available. Additional items are available on a rental basis.

Winter Hall Overnight Accommodations

These Efficiency Studio and 2 bedroom apartments are within walking distance to both Devos Center and Eberhard Center and are available each summer from the third week in May through the first week of August .

For apartment rental on an individual basis or not associated with a conference or use of meeting and event facilities on the Pew Campus, please contact our Housing Office at (616) 331-2120 between 8am-5pm daily.
