Time: 10 am: Check-in and light breakfast snacks will be served in 2225 Kindschi.

10:30 am: Presentations begin.

Grand Valley State University's Allendale Campus, at the Kindschi Hall of Science (building #96 on the campus map)

Parking

You may park in any lot labeled "Student" for free. You do not need a parking permit. Student lots have a red S symbol on campus signs.

We recommend Lot C: north of Kindschi, located in D2/3 on the campus map.

Alternately, use Lot G: southwest of Kindschi, located in C4 on the campus map. Be careful to avoid Faculty and Visitor spaces.

Presentation details

Presentations will be held in 3 parallel sessions.

Presentations will be 15 minutes long, with 5 additional minutes for questions.

There will be 5 minute breaks between talks.

Technology

Each presentation room includes:

• A digital projector with VGA and HDMI connectors. You will need to bring your own adapters, if you need them (such as a Mac adapter).
• A whiteboard with markers.

Registration is now closed.

The registration fee is $10 per participant (both students and faculty). If possible, one faculty member from your college or university should pay the complete amount for all the people coming from your institution with cash or a check when you arrive at GVSU. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards.

The registration fee includes light breakfast snacks and lunch. Lunch will be at the Fresh Food Company, a buffet-style dining room in The Commons (building #7 on the campus map).
