Advising Forms for Students
The following documents are designed to assist math majors and minors in planning their schedules. You are strongly advised to discuss your plans with your academic advisor each semester in order to ensure timely completion of your major. In addition to being a resource about the math courses and math degree requirements, academic advisors are valuable resources about careers, graduate school and co-curricular activities to complete your education, such as research experiences for undergraduates, internships and community service opportunities. Your academic advisor can also help you or direct you to appropriate offices who can help you in case you have questions about the academic policies.
To learn about the math major degree requirements, check out the Degree Requirements page. To learn about the other University degree requirements, check the Undergraduate Academic Policies and Regulations item under the Undergraduate Information section of the University Catalog.
Math Major and Minor Progress Forms
The forms are listed according to the catalog years. If your catalog year is prior to 2001-2002 you will need to select a newer one. Consult with your advisor and update the year with the Registrar's Office.
