The 2010 Math in Action Conference is centered around the theme “Strategies for Student Success.” The conference is of interest to teachers of mathematics at all grades levels, K-12. It is also of interest to parents to help them support their children’s learning of mathematics.
Conference Highlights:
The day’s schedule features four sets of concurrent, interactive sessions. Teachers participate in hands-on activities they can use to engage their own students in learning mathematics. Activities align with current recommendations for teaching and learning K-12 mathematics. A limited number of displays and items for purchase will be available.
Call for Proposals:
For the 2010 conference, we are particularly interested in proposals that focus on classroom-tested practices that effectively promote student learning in Grades K-12. Some possibilities are strategies for effectively
