Thinking of starting your own business? Stop by MAREC to view one of the many Entrepreneur Magazine's Step By Step Startup Guides. They provide all the information you need to start a sucessful business! The library is courtesy of the Michigan Small Business Development Center and is open to the public Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

Business Accelerator Fund
Through the Business Accelerator Fund (BAF), a new state grant program managed by the Michigan Small Business & Technology Development Center (MI-SBDC), MAREC has received funds and joined a statewide funding pool to help growing high-tech companies obtain accelerator services to leverage business development and job growth. MAREC will also assist these Michigan companies in pursuing grants of up to $50,000 from the Business Accelerator Fund, launched in December, 2011 with $3.5 million in state funds. More >
