  • Use Get it at GVSU button within the databases to request something through MeL or Document Delivery
  • Try MeL first if you need a book - it's a joint catalog of hundreds of Michigan libraries so MeL book requests often arrive more quickly than Document Delivery requests
  • If you can't find a book in MeL, or you need to request an article, you can log into the Document Delivery system to request them directly
  • You can also see if books are available through the MichiCard program - but try MeL first.

Note: Most libraries are not willing to loan their CDs or DVDs to other libraries.
