Tours of the CMLs
If faculty would like to bring classes to one of the CMLs, we will be glad to arrange a tour of the facility. We offer several types of tours, depending on the needs of the students and class objectives.
- A general tour of the CMLs takes about 45 minutes. An explanation of the book collection, videos, and teaching aids available for checkout, use of the computer lab, and the proper use of the educational equipment is included. Questions are encouraged from your students.
- Tours can be designed around the specific needs of the class.
- If faculty would like the class to do a project as a part of the visit, we will design the tour around the specific resources they have in mind.
- If faculty would like the students to also receive library research instructions at the Steelcase or Zumberge Libraries, a combination tour can be arranged.
Tours involving a project or a combination tour of the libraries takes more time. We try to work within the time constraints.
You may view our two virtual tours:

Tour Policies:
-Tours are to be scheduled at least one week in advance.
-Faculty must attend the tour with their class.
-Tours are scheduled according to the convenience of the CML staff.
