Broadly, my passions concern life and the natural world. More descriptively, this translates into the study of natural resources and interconnections as well as the relationship of man and nature. Over the years, my passions have focused mainly on sustainability studies, sustainable food systems and even more specifically on honey bees (Apis mellifera) and their social impacts.

Research Areas:

Interdisciplinary Food Studies & Sustainable Food Production (including food systems, sustainable agriculture, honey bees and pollination)
