Grand Valley has several types of applications based on your educational situation. You may apply online by clicking on the appropriate application below:
  • Undergraduate Application: An undergraduate student is a student seeking a bachelor's degree from Grand Valley State University.
  • Graduate Application: A graduate student is a student seeking a graduate degree from GrandValleyStateUniversity.

You may download and complete the following applications to bring with you to an advising appointment or you may apply online:

  • Non-Degree Undergraduate Application: A non-degree student is a student who has been admitted to a non-degree category (sometimes referred to as a continuing education student) and is not currently seeking a bachelor's degree.
  • Non-Degree Graduate Application: A non-degree student is a student who has been admitted to a non-degree category (sometimes referred to as a continuing education student) and is not currently seeking a master's degree.
  • Guest Student Application: A guest student is a degree student from another college or university who is taking courses at Grand Valley for one semester. The credits earned are usually transferred back to the student's home institution.
