The Meijer Campus in Holland has technology support available on campus when the building is open.

If no lab assistant is in the lab at the time you need one, contact the front desk and we will locate someone to assist you.

During campus hours technology support may not always be immediately available.  If you need immediate assistance, please contact the Allendale Helpdesk at (616) 331-2101.

Technology support on the Meijer Campus includes:

  • Audio/Visual Support
  • General software application support
  • General Grand Valley technology related support
  • Grand Valley wireless support
  • Grand Valley username/password support
  • Grand Valley ID Cards
  • Instruction on basic Grand Valley technology

In addition to the support listed above, faculty teaching in Holland can take advantage of the following:

  • Microsoft Windows office computers
  • Classroom technology (computer, DVD, VCR, projector)
  • Copier
  • Wireless support
  • General Grand Valley technology related questions

GVSU does not have repair/troubleshooting facilities for students, faculty or staff personal computers, routers, at home networks or other technology related problems. Please contact an outside vendor for repair/troubleshooting services.
