Printing Class Lists

  • Log onto Banner Self Service
  • Click the Faculty Services Tab
  • Click on Summary Class List
  • Select term
  • Click submit
  • Select class
  • Click print

Submitting Grades

  • Log onto Banner Self Service
  • Click Faculty Services Tab
  • Click on Midterm/Final Grades
  • Select term
  • Click submit
  • Select class
  • Select the letter grade from drop down box
  • Click submit

Quick Tips

  • Grade Box is empty for students taking a class for audit
  • Process for entering final grades is eactly te same as for midterm grades
  • Grades can be entered and re-entered as mant times necessary until changes are locked by the Registrar
  • CAUTION: grades entered and not submitted before a 30 minute timeout will be lost
