-TOMORROW-Intermediate Leaders Institute, November 19th – 12:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
The Intermediate Leaders Institute (ILI) is a half-day mini-retreat that builds leadership skills for group facilitation and collaboration. This retreat is for groups and individuals to aid in the discovery of interpersonal leadership development, communication skills, networking on/off campus, team dynamics, networking skills, and inclusivity. Apply or nominate a student for the Community Service Learning Center Ambassadors Program. We are looking for individuals who have demonstrated a passion for community service and excellent public speaking skills. Students will coordinate and facilitate speaking engagements to spread the message of service and communicate the resources available through the CSLC. Applications are due by Friday, December 2nd. Pals Student Mentors, a student run organization at GVSU, has applied for the $10,000 Pepsi Refresh Grant and has been selected out of thousands to compete! Composed of a dynamic keynote address, over 30 workshops to select from, a leadership case study competition sponsored by Omicron Delta Kappa, and more, Leadership Summit has something to offer students at every level of leadership!
