Intermediate Leaders Institute

The Intermediate Leaders Institute (ILI) is a 1/2 day mini-retreat that builds leadership skills for group facilitation and collaboration. This retreat is for groups and individuals to aid in the discovery of: interpersonal leadership development, communication skills, networking on/off campus, team dynamics, networking skills, and inclusivity. 

This experience aids in career preparation and will help you to become a leader in groups and in the community, while developing the characteristics needed to become a more established member of the Grand Valley leadership community and meet some of your fellow leaders.

There is no cost to GVSU students. Members of registered student organizations (four per RSO) and individuals are encouraged to participate.
