The Office of Student Life, in collaboration with several other areas of the university, provides leadership training, development, and experiences for students and student organizations. What we consider effective leadership has changed dramatically and continues to change. This initiative attempts to assist in learning and applying new leadership techniques in a social and engaging environment.  LLP offers several different programs and students may choose to participate in one or all the programs.  We highly recommend that first year students participate in the Emerging Leaders Retreat.
