The small-group cohort encourages participants to share their specific goals and challenges and promotes peer-to-peer learning. Cohorts are best suited for 10 to 12 participants. Create a cohort of people from your own organization to encourage learning across functional departments or join a mixed cohort that encourages peer-to-peer learning across enterprises.

Course Outline:

Day 1: The Seven Core Competencies of Highly Effective Teams

  • Assess your team performance survey results
  • Identify the seven aspects of effective teams

Day 2: Alignment, Communication, Conflict Management, and Process (half day)

  • Learn, explore, practice, and master these essential aspects of team building

Day 3: Innovation, Trust, Team Orientation (half day)

  • Learn, explore, practice, and master these essential aspects of team building
