About Emerging Leader Workshop cohort learning structure

The small group cohort (10 to 15 members) encourages participants to share their unique leadership goals and challenges and promotes peer-to-peer learning. The one-day workshop can be of people from our own organization to encourage learning across departments or mix it up with other companies.
