Participation in aerobic exercise can help elevate mood and reduce feelings
of anxiety. As little as 5-10 minutes of walking can help you feel better
and improve your concentration. By exercising most days of the week, you
can keep
that “good” feeling and improve your performance in other areas
of your life, including mental well-being.
Here are some simple ideas to get you moving to reduce the feelings of stress
in your life:
-Stretching exercises
-Aerobic activities such as walking, dancing, biking, hiking and inline skating
-Tai Chi or yoga
-Recreation sports, especially team-oriented sports that incorporate a social
component.
