Many of us have limited time for meals and just grab whatever is quick
or a familiar favorite without thinking. For a healthy body and mind,
you need to
focus on both the quality and quantity of the food you eat.
First- Keep a written log of everything that you eat and drink for an entire
day. Be as specific as possible in terms of the food, number of servings,
amounts, etc.
Second- With your log handy go to www.nat.uiuc.edu, and click on the NAT
Tool Version 2. Choose your age and gender, and then enter/add your list
of foods.
Be as specific as possible.
Third- When you are finished entering your foods, submit your personal
diet list by clicking the Analyze Diet List button.
