The “John Wooden” style of leadership

Authentic Leadership examines how uniqueness and authenticity are the fundamental basis for memorable, meaningful, and effective leadership. In this session, we‘ll examine historic authentic leaders and discuss how their authenticity made them become more effective than others. Additionally, in this session we will discuss some best practices in helping you achieve your fullest potential through interaction in both one-on-one and group discussion.

Society often dictates what leadership means by loosely defining and using the term in a variety of contexts. This session will provide participants an opportunity to explore a variety of different aspects of leadership, while developing a questioning mind to shape your own definition of what leadership should and shouldn‘t be.

“Winning the Right Way”

This program explores the complex relationship between leadership and ethics. By using contemporary motion pictures and current events as examples, we will explore the application of actual leadership situations. Through discussion, participants will explore how to let these principles impact their ability to lead.

Find Your Passion (Vision Board)

A vision board is typically poster boards on which you paste or collage images that you’ve torn out from various magazines.  It’s simple.

The idea behind this is that when you surround yourself with images of who you want to become, what you want to have, where you want to live, or where you want to vacation, your life changes to match those images and those desires.

For instance, our golf coach Rebecca Mailloux has created one of these for her team and they used the images to focus on what they planned to do for the upcoming season.

Vision boards add clarity to your desires, and feeling to your visions.  When you take the time to draw it out, or cut it out, you make it indelible in your mind.
