Project Description: The Climate Study Project includes comprehensive research and data collection, involving current stakeholders of the Holland Historical Trust (HHT members, donors, volunteers, board, staff, community members, etc.) to develop an understanding of the intentional and unintentional perception the HHT has with the Holland area community. The purpose of the study is to provide HHT with information, analysis, and recommendations as they relate to museum cultures, to articulate our core value messaging for all to communicate clearly and consistently.
Special Requests or Requirements: Research methods & techniques background in ethnographic studies and statistical analysis (participation observation, interviewing, developing survey instruments, case studies, etc.). Strong verbal & written communication skills required.
