Bio
Megan Murphy, M.P.A. is a Project Manager in the Community Research Institute at the Dorothy A. Johnson Center for Philanthropy at Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Mich. She is responsible for managing multi-year evaluation projects, including the coordination of resources, developing processes for implementation, monitoring deliverables, and facilitating discussions of key stakeholders and staff.
Murphy joined the Johnson Center in December, 2012 as a Project Manager. Previously she was the Program Coordinator for FitKids360, a family based overweight and obesity intervention program.
Murphy is a member of YNPN GR and continues to volunteer with the FitKids360 program. She holds a bachelor’s degree in anthropology and international relations from Grand Valley State University and a master’s in public administration from Western Michigan University.
