Frey Chair for Family Foundations and Philanthropy Visiting Scholar
Virginia Esposito, CEO and founding president of the National Center for Family Philanthropy (NCFP) is currently serving as the Frey Chair for Family Foundations and Philanthropy Visiting Scholar. In her role, Ginny conducts workshops for family foundations and symposiums for graduate and undergraduate students in philanthropy and nonprofit leadership. She also assists the Johnson Center in launching the Frey Chair for Family Philanthropy.
Virginia (Ginny) Esposito writes and speaks on a broad variety of topics promoting philanthropic values, vision, and excellence across generations of donor families. She serves on Independent Sector's Ethics and Accountability Committee and the Ethics Working Group of the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation. Ginny is a former vice president of the Council on Foundations, where she founded the Council's Program on Family Philanthropy. She has served in numerous philanthropic boards and advisory committees. She will continue her leadership role at the National Center for Family Philanthropy while taking on this new Visiting Scholar appointment with the Johnson Center.
