Coaching and Technical Assistance

We provide technical assistance to nonprofit professionals and organizations focusing on the counties of Allegan, Ionia, Kent, Mason, Montcalm, Muskegon, Newaygo, Oceana, and Ottawa; however, we are available to work across the state and beyond. Technical assistance is offered through professional coaching, leadership development, and organizational assessments. We have designed the coaching process so that organizations can directly address specific needs while learning new skills.

We can provide assistance on demand and tailor services to meet the needs of organizations. Frequent areas of assistant include: fundraising, governance, strategic planning, volunteer management, succession planning, human resources, and more.
