For Login ID or having problems with log in contact the Telephone Business office at x12035 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. The Password is the same as before (NEWUSER): for the majority of individual users.
A departmental ID is required to retrieve departmental telephone expenses. Secretaries or department heads dial x12035 or email email@example.com.
The Account Inquiry (Billing) displays. You may select a specific month, Summary or Detail, all department extensions or a specific department extension, along with Normal View, Download or Print.
Click LOGOFF to exit the system.
