How to Use TouchTone Pad vs. Voicemail Commands

Siemens/Rolm Phones

To select the telephones Touch Tone Pad instead of Voice Commands:

1. Dial 18888 or press the PHML button
2. Enter your PIN & press #
3. Dial 0 & Dial 0 again
4. Note: Each time you call into your VM box Exchange defaults back to Voice commands

Cisco Phones

To select the telephones Touch Tone Pad instead of Voice Commands:

1. Dial 19999 or press the Messages button, it’s the button with a picture of an envelope on it
2. Enter your PIN & press #
3. Dial 0 & Dial 0 again
4. Note: Each time you call into your VM box Exchange defaults back to Voice commands
