Siemens (ROLM) Telephone Features 

Callback Request:
Listen for ring tone or busy signal. Press CALL-BACK “CBK” key or dial #1.
Listen for confirmation tone, hang up. To cancel “CBK”: get dial tone and press ##1.

Conference Call: Add Up to 8 Parties Including Yourself:
During a call, press the TRANSFER key. Listen for conference tone, followed by dial tone. Dial extension you want to add, or dial 9 and the outside number. After party answers, press TRANSFER to join all parties. 

To Re-connect to conference when called party is not joining press CONNECT Key. 

To Drop Last Added Party press CLEAR key or press TRANSFER and dial ***4. Press the TRANSFER to rejoin conference. 

Connect:
Press CONNECT key to reconnect calls on consultation hold, reconnect to incomplete transfer calls, or to alternate between two parties. 

Consultation:
Press the TRANSFER key, dial second extension or 9 and the outside number. To reconnect with the first party press the CONNECT key. Use the CONNECT key to alternate between the two parties. 

Forward Calls:
Get dial tone, press FORWARD “FWD” key or dial #91. Dial the number you want to receive your calls. Hang up. To Cancel: Press “FWD” key or get dial tone and dial ##91. 

Hold:
Press HOLD hang up. To re-connect to the caller, pick up the handset and press the line key. 

Last Number Redial:
Press the last number redial (LNR) key or get dial tone dial ##4. 

Park:
Press TRANSFER key, dial *6, dial the extension where you want to park the call hang up.
To Retrieve: get dial tone, dial *6, dial the extension where the call is parked, begin speaking. 

Pickup:
Press PICKUP key or get dial tone and press *3, dial the extension number of ringing or holding call. 

Pickup Group:
Press PICKUP key twice or get dial tone and press **3 to answer any ringing phone in your group. 

Repertory Dialing:
To Program from a non display phone: Press the PROGRAM “PROG” key, press the R key you choose to use, enter the dialing sequence, press the PROGRAM key, label the key. To Dial: Press the R key.

To Program from a Display Phone: Do not lift the handset or get dial tone. Press the “PROG” key, press the R key you choose to use, watch the display and wait for it to say “NEW NUMBER ?”, enter the dialing sequence, press the “PROG” key, label the key. To Dial: Press the R key. 

Saved Number Redial:
To Save: Press the SAV/RDL key or dial #4.
To Dial: Press the SAV/RDL key or dial #4. 

Set Ring Tone:
Get dial tone, dial *572 and press any digit 1-8. Hang up after selecting desired ring tone. 

Station Speed Dialing:
To set up on display phone:

Do not get dial tone do not lift up the handset; Press PROGRAM “PROG” key, press Station Speed key, enter station speed code (00-29), watch the display and wait for it to say “NEW NUMBER ?”,dial 9 and outside number or dial extension number you wish to store, press the program key.

To Set-up Station Speed on Non-Display Phone:
   Press “Station Speed” key twice, or get dial tone, dial ##3, enter station speed code (00-29), enter dialing sequence and hang up.
To Place Call:

   Press the “Station Speed” key, listen for confirmation tone and dial the desired speed code (00-29).
   Or: get dial done, dial #3, and dial the desired speed code (00-29).

System Hold:
Display phone: Press SYSHOLD key, hang up. System assigns a holding slot number and displays it. Non-Display phone: Press TRANSFER key, hear confirmation tone, dial *8, enter a slot number (0-9) if busy try a different slot number. If all slots are full you will hear fast busy, hang up. To Retrieve: Get dial tone, press SYSHOLD key, or dial *8, dial the system slot number.

Transfer:
Press the TRANSFER key, dial the extension number, announce the caller, hang up.
To Re-connect: Press CONNECT key before hanging up.

Changing Ring Tone - Get dial tone, dial *5 7 2 - Key in digits 1-8 to hear various tone pitches from low to high. The last digit you key in before you hang up will produce that ringing tone on your phone.
