Student Technician - Assist students, faculty and staff with computer lab and classroom technology, make hourly rounds checking computers, refilling printer supplies and noting lab usage.
Student Level 1 Helpdesk - Answer telephone calls, assist GVSU community with all computing and technology questions.
Student Desktop Support Technician - Setup, install, troubleshoot and repair computing technology equipment for the entire Grand Valley Campus.
IT A/V Student Technician - Deliver, setup, test, troubleshoot and resolve issues with technology equipment in classroom and meeting spaces.
