The university telephone conference feature can effectively support three parties on outside lines. In order to provide a more robust teleconferencing system with multiple outside callers, we have contracted with InterCall as the university conferencing service to meet these needs. InterCall offers audio, web and video conferencing. IT is supporting only audio service at this time. GVSU has a web conferencing tool through our VPN service that can supplement the InterCall audio service. To setup an InterCall profile under GVSU's account, call customer service at 800-891-9896 and request your profile be added to GVSU's account, which is #440660. Users will receive an e-mail from InterCall with access instructions and a follow-up USPS mail pamphlet. InterCall's basic audio service is $.04/minute for each attendee and will be charged to your department. You may also schedule an audio conference call at www.intercall.com/gvsu. For internal conferencing or conferencing up to three outside parties, please utilize the university telephone system.
