Pronto A free instant messaging and voice chat tool that allows students an instructors to spontaneously meet live online at any time to discuss their coursework. Pronto works with course management systems like Blackboard to automatically populate students' contact lists with their classmates' names, thereby making it easy for students to spontaneously collaborate live online. Blackboard NG is now available.

Many different training opportunities are scheduled for the month of May to get faculty ready for using the new system. To register for a workshop, please log into http://www.gvsu.edu/seminar with your Network username and password.

All official Student GVSU communication are sent to GVSU Google email

All official Student GVSU communications are sent to GVSU Student Google eMail.

Blackboard and Banner use the GVSU Google email account for all email communications to students. Student Bills, Records information and all other department communication will be sent to the GVSU Google eMail account for the student.
