Blackboard Learn / Collaborate

The Information Technology department offers a variety of workshops for those interested in learning to use GVSU's Blackboard learning management system and Blackboard's suite of Collaborate communication tools.

Sloan-C Workshops

Need professional development opportunities that better fit your schedule? Consider the Sloan-C workshops. Offered by the Sloan Consortium, a recognized name in online learning, these workshops cover a variety of topics in instructional technology and are offered online.

Tech Symposium

Each March, the annual Teaching & Learning with Technology Symposium provides a showcase for how Grand Valley faculty are putting technology to use in their own teaching. This is a great opportunity to gather ideas for your own courses.
