Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Assist the team with developing and delivering of client-facing reporting and analytics using proprietary tools as well as 3rd party software (e.g. Excel, Word) 
• Provide reporting & analysis in support of various ongoing operational tasks 
• Document existing business processes and offer ideas for process improvement and automation 
• Research, document, and respond to client inquiries 
• Communicate with 3rd parties located in multiple countries via phone and email 
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned 
•Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in management information systems, information technology, management, finance, communications, liberal arts or related field 
• Adaptable with a willingness and ability to take on a variety of concurrent tasks 
• Ability to identify a problem and enact a multi-step approach to research the cause and resolve 
• Targeted graduation dates from December 2018 through December 2021
