For your convenience, the Office of Integrative Learning and Advising has included guiding resources to assist you when applying for LIB 100 or LIB 201 designation. The guiding resources are meant to answer any questions or concerns you might have regarding the designation approval process.
Please Note: We require program coordinators to use one of the two methods of assessment below in order to keep consistent data. You MUST choose a tool guide (evaluation form) to provide attendees in order to collect assessment data. Then, you MUST use one of the Summary Models to compile all of the collected data. You will submit this to the Office of Integrative and Advising within 10 days of the program. If you would like help adding additional data points to your assessment, please let us know!
Assessment Tool Guides: These detailed guides will explain what is and is not required in an assessment. Members of the Division of Student Services will use the guide specified for them. All other presenters must use the one provided by the Office of Integrative Learning and Advising:
Assessment Summary Models: These are the models to be used for your compiled assessment summary. Once you have collected all the assessments, you can fill in the yellow highlights and email the compiled data to the Office of Integrative Learning and Advising at firstname.lastname@example.org. Members of the Division of Student Services will use the model specified for them. All other presenters must use the one provided by the Office of Integrative Learning and Advising:
