For your convenience, the Office of Integrative Learning and Advising has included guiding resources to assist you when applying for LIB 100 or LIB 201 designation. The guiding resources are meant to answer any questions or concerns you might have regarding the designation approval process.
Assessment Tool Guide: This detailed guide will explain what is and is not required in an assessment. It will also detail how you can customize the assessment to benefit your organization.
Assessment Summary Model: This is a model for the compiled assessment summary. Once you have collected all the assessments, you can fill in the yellow highlights and email the compiled data to the Office of Integrative Learning and Advising at integrative@gvsu.edu.
