The office of Inclusion Initiatives works with deans, colleges/schools, departments, and divisions to provide informational resources, consultation, and additional support to enhance the university’s inclusion work in a racism-free environment. This office focuses on areas such as strategic plan implementation, campus/community climate initiatives, program evaluation, pipeline issues, and recruitment and retention initiatives for faculty, staff and students.
This office serves as a liaison to the Office of Multicultural Affairs, the Women’s Center, and the LGBT Resource Center. Additionally, this office interfaces with various university offices such as the Office of the Provost, Admissions, University Development, the Padnos International Center, and the Office of Graduate Studies through collaborative projects and committee participation.
