Mirrorball Collective is an events company that specializes in hosting inspiring wedding styled photo shoots and content creation days. The events internship provides the opportunity to learn about the events industry through planning and executing styled shoots and content days at various venues as well as destination event planning.  

 

This type of experience is a unique opportunity for an intern to learn events, details, marketing, promotions, and overall planning/budgets, timing, etc. Responsibilities will include contacting vendors about collaborating, creating concepts and designing mood boards, sending emails and contracts, assisting with marketing and social media as well as assisting with day of coordination of the styled shoot events. This is a mostly remote internship plus some scheduled in person events depending on where you are located.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

   •   Communicate with vendors and participants

   •   Provide onsite assistance at events

   •   Assist with creating concepts and designs for

styled shoots

   •   Create and stick to a budget for the events

   •   Assist with social media efforts which may include blog posts and creating content as well as posting

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in progress
•  Energetic and friendly with customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• No photography experience required
