Duane Zuber, CHA, is an adjunct instructor for the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management.  He is the president of GZG Hospitality based in West Michigan.  Duane serves on several boards including the Choice Hotels Owners Association and the South Haven Visitors Bureau.
