Experience:

While John was attending law school, he was Vice-President of the College's Phi Delta Phi chapter and a member of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund. Currently, John is a member of the State Bare of Michigan and is licensed to practice in all courts within the state.

During his career as an attorney, John has represented both individual plantiff litigants as well as individual and corporate defendants. He has experience in the areas of Consitutional Violations under 42 U.S.C. 1983, the Family and Medical Leave Act, Protected Class Discrimination under Title VII and ELCRA, Wrongful Discharge and Retaliation, the Michigan Whistleblower's Protection Act, the Michigan Workers' Compensation Act, Third and First Party No-Fault Litigation, and other general civil tort litigation.

In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and dogs. He is an avid Detroit Tigers' fan, enjoys writing, and his favorite pastime is fishing.
