Amanda has 20 years of experience working in the hospitality and tourism field. Previous employment has included Reservations Manager with Thistle Hotels in Birmhingham, England; Assistant Restaurant Manager with Hyatt Hotels in California, USA and five years experience in the travel sector working for Thomson Holidays, a U.K. Tour Operator.
