Food & Beverage Requirements
The Food and Beverage Management emphasis requires 15 credits.
Complete the following:
HTM 250 – Food Production & Kitchen Management (4 cr)
Prerequisite: HTM 213
HTM 318 – Responsible Beverage Management (3 cr)
Prerequisites: HTM 213 and HTM 361
HTM 413 – Advanced Food & Beverage Management (4 cr)
Prerequisites: HTM 250, HTM 290, CIS 150
Plus, choose a minimum of four (4) credits of additional major electives from this group:
MOV 102 – First Aid, CPR and AED (2 cr)
BMS 105 – Basic Nutrition (3 cr)
HTM 175 – International Food & Culture (3 cr)
COM 201 – Speech (3 cr)
HTM 281 – Disney College Program I (2 cr)
Prerequisite: Permission of Instructor
HTM 282 – Disney College Program II (2 cr)
Prerequisite: Permission of Instructor
SOC 288 – Sociology of Food (3 cr)
HTM 350 – Banquet and Catering Management (3 cr)
Prerequisites: HTM 101 and HTM 213 is recommended
