The primary purpose of the Board is to guide and assist the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management in improving the quality of education for students in the field of hospitality. This will be accomplished by acting as a sounding board for the department and providing feedback on department issues to insure the department is educating students grounded in the industry and that the department‘s efforts continue to be current, practical, and applicable in the hospitality field.
