This course builds upon skills learned in Part 1, and participant discussion centers on when to apply dialog, debate or discussion. Participants determine strategies for dealing with disruptive behaviors. Learning Objectives: Help facilitators gain tools to design and deliver cultural communication presentations; Practice facilitating difficult conversations.
