Beyond SMART Goals (Supervisor Brown Bag Lunch & Learn)

Date: September 11, 2013
Time: 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Location: Room 2270 Russel H. Kirkhof Center

This seminar will push your mind past the traditional SMART factors which gauge success through goal setting that is specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound and will open your thinking to HARD goals. HARD goals push people to achieve the extraordinary, even in the toughest of times. This seminar will give you the tools to motivate your employees to see the importance of setting goals outside of their individual work and to push through their current self-imposed restraints. This seminar will also focus on different insights into techniques of motivating employees to reach goals and how to gauge whether the goals being set are actually too difficult or not difficult enough!
