Priority Health App
Priority Health has an app where you can view a virtual version of your medical card, as well as where you are at in your deductible. The app for iPhone is available from the iTunes App Store. The Android app is available in Google Play.
Cigna
In 2019 Cigna became the out-of-state travel network. If you are enrolled in the GVSU High Deductible PPO or Standard PPO plans and are travelling outside of the Priority Health PPO network (Michigan, Indiana and Ohio), look for providers in the Cigna network. Claims for providers participating in the Cigna network will be processed as in-network. You can find the contact information for Cigna on the back of your medical plan ID card.
