Housing Assignment Information

Accessing Your Housing Assignment

Roommate and room assignment information is subject to change. To access your most up to date room assignment & roommate contact information, follow the steps below:

  • Access the MyBanner system (to log-in, you will need your student ID# and PIN# supplied in your letter of admission).
  • Once logged into the MyBanner system, select "Student" and then select "myHousing".
  • Click "myHousing Overview" and your housing assignment and roommate information will be listed under "My Assignments".

NOTE: The myHousing Overview will be unavailable from mid-May through mid-June during the freshmen housing assignment process.

SOME BUILDING NAMES HAVE CHANGED THIS YEAR. Click HERE for a spreadsheet of these changes. 

Wait Lists and Room Changes

    • for unassigned upperclass students with active Fall applications but no housing assignment
    • for assigned students who would like to be considered for a room change prior to arrival

Room changes are reviewed and processed on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed. Room changes will not be considered or granted on the basis of race, ethnicity, ability, sexual orientation, religion or other demographic information. View our detailed ROOM CHANGE POLICY

Special Accommodations

Any student requesting a specific housing assignment based on a medical condition must register with DISABILITY SUPPORT RESOURCES. Housing accommodations will be coordinated based on DSR Advisor recommendations, date of application, and space availability.
